Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be residents of Michigan.
- Only for active Hifz students from any Madrasah, Maktab, or Masjid
- Participants must meet the age requirements for their selected competition category.
- Only registered participants are eligible to compete.
- The competition is open to boys only.
- Participants must arrive on time and complete check‑in before the competition begins. Late arrivals may not be allowed to compete.
- Parents/guardians must remain on-site for participants under 12 years old.
- Organizers reserve the right to adjust a participant’s category if age or skill level is misaligned.
- Registration deadline: June 22, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Incomplete or inaccurate registration forms may result in disqualification.
- Participants must follow the competition schedule and all guidelines provided on the event day.
- Any form of cheating or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification. Participants and attendees must maintain respectful behavior toward judges, volunteers, and other participants.
- Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be contested.
- Prizes will be awarded based on performance and adherence to rules.
- Organizers are not responsible for lost personal belongings.
- Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own safety.
- By registering, participants or their guardians consent to event photos/videos being used for promotional purposes.
- Winners from last year are not eligible to participate in the same group this year.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify rules or schedules if necessary.
